Isnt this the same PSC that did an investor capital return a couple months ago on the back of alleged government involvement in its progress... Surely some desks in Harare werent happy to see Prospect resources prospecting on ASX and the best way was a capital return to bring the MC back down for the Zimbabwean government to humble itself while protecting Australian investors... AIMO... Or else why would a fast growing small cap on ASX looking to build a mining company through raising capital do a hurried up capital return?? I would do a capital return to my investors if bureaucratic authorities were out for my a$$ looking to flood to the hive...
