A station or two with good permeability and clear indications of hydrocarbons would be a priority. You'd probably capture two samples at these stations to mitigate risk of bottle sealing valve failure. Second priority would be stations where main logs are not showing clearly what fluid is present....especially if it looks like a contact is present.
