S&P 500 futures edged higher on Thursday, setting up the benchmark index for its longest winning streak since 2004, as investors monitored the trajectory of bond yields as well as corporate earnings.
Contracts tracking the S&P 500 were up 0.2% by 5:39 a.m. in New York. If the index closes higher on the day, it will mark its ninth straight session of gains — the most since November 2004.
