What a day Kiwi you had your work cut out! I reckon that was your biggest day yet of IVZ HC Ph Kiwi help line!
Thank you so much for all you do for us. Immensley greatful for your (constant) contribution. Really valued your posts over the last 12 months and particularly today was important to help explain what was happening.

Without a doubt yourself, Vogc, 7Seven7, Petere and a couple of others should not have to buy a beer at the IVZ $2 party! HC members should be shouting all night!
