Pretty much a confirmed discovery. Unfortunately can't be declared as such yet.
The risk remaining is not being able to bring a sample to surface due to operational challenges. Hopefully, their workaround yields the desired result in a few days. Otherwise, the discovery can be delayed longer than some can wait.
The market will not respond well in my opinion but if you have got the patience, this could be an opportunity to at least double whatever spare change you can throw in now. Timeline could be from a few days to few weeks though.
