This can easily be sutting $2.40 , it can ve sutting at above $5 what makes you say it couldn? . You do realise the size and magnitude of the land there and once the rigs are in place it very easy to manuvure from one location to the next.
This could change the entire commodity and shelf price.
not sure why you think $2 or $3 is not possible.
