Actually, even before I released my estimates of in place prospective volumes there were several people stating that we should achieve 20 - 25% net to gross from the Upper Angwa from a 900m gross interval.

My estimates assumed a minimum of 10% net to gross and a best case of 15% net to gross (reservoir sand vs shale and sand) for the UA, each with 70% NTG within the sand intervals. So the minimum was about 7% and the best case about 10% NTG.

Today's net pay figure of 13.9 m is a preliminary estimate subject to calibration using sidewall core samples.

The reality of the situation is that poor permeability zones can be fracture stimulated to achieve 2-3-times greater flow rate than from an unstimulated well.
