Thanks @7seven7. Really good points about the lateral variability in reservoir thickness. This was pointed out as a risk after MK-1. And possibly why Scott was so adamant about acquiring 3D seismic as a priority before we even drilled MK-2.

Just coming back to why we had no mention of potential for condensate in the samples from the UA. Not ruling out the possibility that there might be some liquids in the mix, but I notice from re-reading the previous drilling reports that we didn’t actually start seeing any fluorescence with gas shows until 3080m (at the start of the LA). So I’m tipping this points towards the LA looking better at this location for a higher CGR, given that no signs of fluorescence in the UA at MK-2 probably leans more towards a drier gas. Anyway…got to stop over-thinking things and let it all unfold. Looking forward to next week.
