For those complaining about dilution, remember when the best farm-in offer we could get was 33% of the cost for two drills in exchange for 25% of the project? Cluff would have got 25% of the entire project for less than something like $15-$20m. We would be down to to 55% (and ~45% post SWF back in right) and still would have had 2/3 of the dilution that happened.
