    Being tied up with the Chinese no matter how much they loan us would be a huge mistake as they will eventually want control and finally ownership as they will have so many hooks within the contract that will make IVZ very difficult to operate as it is.
    Been involved with several large projects with Chinese investment that eventually turned sour!
