    Remeber the 13m is conservative and its net pay not gross.

    Net pay is a petro physical cut off used in the industry, that includes permeability, porosity, water saturation etc. Also apart from being conservative its only the second well in the basin and first recovery of sample, once they get more samples and dig more wells we will get a good understanding of what lies beneath and these initial estimates will def be rerated.
