Company continues to dig itself into a hole with dilution the only way to come up for air. Where's the PPSA? The funding?

It's all well and good to say "we discovered things", but if you don't have these two things locked in then you're not an attractive investment. Normally I wouldn't use such a broad stroke of questioning but these are literally things we've been told would be coming for the last 12-30 months. I get that the PPSA is down to the Zim govt but the funding is surely quite reliant on that being squared away.

It's not SM's fault it's not signed, but it's SM's fault for repeatedly leading everyone on in the meantime. Let's say the Zim govt have been leading him on with it as well ie. saying it would be done soon - what does that say about their transparency?
