Yes. The second question in the ASX Aware Query will ask “Does IVZ consider the information be to be information that a reasonable person would expectto have a material effect on the price of value of its securities?” If IVZ says “yes” then they’ve breached the listing rules. If they say “no” then what was the purpose of the announcement? They already mentioned it in the quarterly report ffs.
