He didn’t say that the permeability results from MK-1 weren’t representative due to poor quality of the cores or impact from heavy mud weight. He said it was purely because he needs to drill a lot more wells and get a lot more data before he can be definitive.

All that tells me is that he was disappointed with the permeability results from MK-1 and is hoping to see better results from future wells before announcing to market. I guarantee that he wouldn’t give a stuff about being representative of the entire field if the permeability results were good or excellent. He’d be shouting it from the roof tops.

If you think this is an honest and transparent way of operating then again that’s your prerogative. I think he’s hiding negative results and so does the market.
