I was under the impression that technical discoveries are those determined to be non commercial. E.g. fields with insufficient quantities to be commercial. This is simply a discovery at this point which can become a contingent resource, reserve or production.
Were still waiting on pertinent information so is probably misleading calling it technical at this stage and labelling it as non commercial.
