"SM will raise as much cash as he can before flow test results even if that means burning the share price in the process to try and get enough cash for 3d and the next well so he can frame the well test flow results if they aren't so great as "having 3d now to target the next well which should be a better prospect"
I think as well that this is IVZ`s conservative survival strategy.
