They export serial killers, motocycle assault experts (motochorros) , extorsionists and hookers everywhere to South and Nordamerica and boliviarian revolution comittees to cause civil unrest. No doubt Maduro tries his best to get Guayana and make it to a new Venezuela with lowest minimum wage in South America and more gold Rolex watches for him. Guayana indeed had a spectacular economic upside already at the beginning of their oil boom, that attracts Venezuela. Zimbabwe is landlocked and with bigger aereas so start up will be maybe more distributed. No need to fight against neighbours, they need the stuff too. Exxon is a good company but they had some progress issues too in far nearer Colombia. Maybe they look first at nearer countries. They do not seem so international looking around as portuguese Galp with its Namibia bet.
