There may be games (when are there not?) but uranium stocks are down generally. VMY is on a negative with all the exits from its Board and so a negative sentiment to the sector drives it down all the more.
Corporate action, as per DYL and strategic review, need to work their way through, but that does not change the underlying value of the VMY assets.
Sentiment towards uranium will fluctuate and so will the VMY SP along with it. Given the double impact of Board issues and uranium negativity, VMY will stay weak but the value of the reserves remain intact and I am encouraged that VMY management continues to keep things rolling forward.

Any sign of corporate action or an improved uranium sector sentiment and the stock should respond nicely.
