my view, VMY will hit $750m market cap well before DYL if VMY go it alone. DYL needs vmy more. JB won’t get financing so easy so he needs to leverage a higher market cap to dilute. I would be ok for a merger, but DYL need to pay up. as for vmy benefiting with a merger, sure, but it’s value accretive for both share holders. And value needs to be better intersected at the time off a transaction. Minimum equal market cap basis. Minimum. As for vmy derisking with a merger, seems they are derisking brilliantly every day already. Looking sensational more and more everyday
