hi tutes. No mate. Alternative option as described in announcement legally allows commencement of substantive works, based on a previous sub section mine approval, received several years ago. Previous approval is not for the whole project, but allows material works to be completed. Preference is to receive final mining design approval, but no longer a critical path. Work can start. It’s essentially the same material work, but state government and local government can’t stop substantive works actually beginning. Bottom line, this issue is now completely de-risked. This is a big deal for vimy and shareholders. Can now let share price really fly. 50c in 6 months if Sput ATM keeps going. Very exciting for LT shareholders
