"The Early Works Program includes an intensive 8-10 week schedule of work which will ensure the Company achieves “substantial commencement” prior to 16 December 2021."


Is it correct that we need the remaining approvals by mid October at the very latest, to meet the 16th December deadline?

That's assuming no further delays or unforeseen circumstances.
