No trading halt prior to release of a "Company making" announcement = no spin required .
IMO , there was definitely no rush to release what came out yesterday which gives the impression that the boss is in no hurry to make a deal.
Could it be that the buyer has already been located ?
Is it possible that the first domino has just been pushed ?
