So this is the real problem here? Artisanal miners very active and stripping the top of the resource over the entire lease area? What use is the community liaison then?
Any high-grade drill results will just show the artisanal miners where to go next.
Yep, I am now certain this is a charity case. Doubt it will ever pay with a 'gentleman's' approach.
