Horse hill was drilled in 2014,it is now 2019 and ukog are still waiting for scc to actually hold a meeting on the planning for production,its probably why the horizontals have not been drilled,got to have a production licence has not much point in drilling the thing as there is no guarantee they will be allowed to produce is there
And none of that is DL's fault
