IF……they can actually deliver on the funding promise, it’s heavily undervalued. Right now though, the market is calling BS. Is the market always right? Not always, but for now the poor sentiment is well deserved, it’s been an absolute circus act. At current SP/MC, it’s a decent risk v reward.
