I've said it before, the potential is there. The grades are great and the Cuban Government JV is a great benefit to us. Brian just needs to deliver:

- DFS
- Offtake agreement
- Project financing

Once those boxes have been ticked, AAU becomes a very compelling investment. I would be happy buying more at 1/2c more de-risked then rather than buying at .004c now and not having those boxes ticked.

With Gold at all-time highs, we would be bringing NS online at just the right time. A high spot price will also help paper over any ramp up/teething issues. It's a tailwind for sure.
