    how come you say that.. Placement with discount of 18 % and yet no increase in SP.. this is the company in last 3 years gave away Dividends more then the current Market Cap... i sold at .16 to buy at lower price... i loved this investment and stupid me bought at .125..

    .10 is right entry point
