interesting thoughts regarding recurring revenue v upfront, seems like so many companies pushing toward the recurring revenue model these days but AVA don’t seem to call out this distinction in these updates.
Do you have any specific thoughts on valuation of AVA? This is my back of the envelope scenarios:
scenario 1 ($50m should be a given with current quarter $10m sales orders)

sales $50m
EBITDA $7.5m
NPAT $3.5m
Future EV $70m (assumed multiple of 20)
Discounted $46.5m (@ 15%)
share value $0.204 (some other cash adj included)
scenario 2 (mid point of AVA growth target)
FY26sales $85m
EBITDA $21m
NPAT $13m
Future EV $264m (assumed multiple of 20)
Discounted $175m (@ 15%)
share value $0.73 (some other cash adj included)
