As long as the share price is above the SPP price you'll get participants. ST traders will flip it for 50% (assuming it holds) once the SPP shares list.
Should rumours be true, and a decent contract be announced, holders should question why the raise was done at 12.5, not post contract where a less dilutive price and earnings vector could be analysed.
