hmm I think they can. With just 7 days before the closing date of the SPP and with Peloton having called numerous holders to drum up support for it, it was an odds on bet that this announcement (and possibly another will come) was going to happen. Just like the 3 announcements on each of the 3 consecutive days prior to the AGM, I guess @Wedgeman7 that those were just some weird and wacky coincidence as well?
