Why would the market react on this announcement?

It exemplifies that Askari is optimising its resources in Namibia including that Cliff made the announcement (not Gino).

Gino may be in the final stages of signing up additional exploration license agreements.

Reaction will happen when the changes deliver results in coming month.

For the quick money investors in Askari it is probably not that exciting. I think this announcement gives great insights about what is happening in Namibia.

The overall Lithium and mining space is currently rather depressed. Look at AKE today for example.

Uncertainty about China's economy weighing on raw material prices and the market overall.
