I would be at ease if SM wasn't paid such a ridiculous amount for underperforming consistently. Who in their right mind beleives they are worth half a mil a year to do sweet FA other than surface and rock chip samples? There's always some silly performance incentive or convenient buy back in favour of the management. No regard to shareholders past and present that put their hard earned dosh in just to see it eaten up in remuneration.
