    QXR's (HIP's) tenements next to AVZ were a part of the past which QXR would love to forget I think. Things have changed in terms of project acquisition and management it would seem. And, that is a very good thing. Potential can actually be realised rather than just implied, and that bodes well for the very long term holders here.
