Yes, the sooner they get into production the better, I think, only then, MDI will get valued fairly as a producer and not with a Market Cap of an early explorer.
At the moment, our Assets & processing plant alone is worth more than the market cap.
Based on a recent PFS of a similar sized assets and plant, to acquire everything brand you would cost approx $70 Mil.
I'm assuming the recent selling would be option converters cashing out.
MDI isn't for traders, only longs. Once production recommences, a fair market cap should be around $150 Mil & rising with each quarter of production.
