40m revised to 30m true width isn't that big of a deal to be fair. Most miners im seeing report results lately are showing 10m intersections which are actually just 0.5m of a high grade useless nugget, resulting in a loss of 90% in true width. Losing 20-25% of the width to smearing isn't that outrageous at all, the grade is still there.
