there is if there's no chance the REE will be ionic. cause even if they get good grades, they would need to spend more on met testing.
I am no REE expert/geologist, so not sure the likelihood our ground has ionic clays when next door does not. be awesome if some geo out there can confirm whether it's possible to get ionic clays near/next to non ionic clays in the same geological region. if this is possible, happy for them to drill and then met test if drill results are good.
