I don't think this stock is being kept down, there just aren't the buyers.. if someone or a group were keeping it down you would see them selling into the bid, but looks like the ask is just being hit by the buyers..
What I am interested in is where are the Olga Rocks results - end of Jan they said early Feb.... One sniff and this flies.... stand by my call that this is one of the best risk/reward plays in the market at sub 3c.. I'm already allocated so Im sitting and waiting...
