Not either, he was not well and I am not in a position to comment any further on that.
I wouldn't be beating yourself up on your respectful criticism of the events of the last few months, it has tested most of the LT holders and everyone else in-between!
The company has a responsibility to consider the rights of its shareholder at all times regardless of what is happening in one's private life. If any outside factor is impacting the daily operations of the business then I would think it is incumbent upon them to have systems in place to deal with it, now that is speculation and hopefully he has now made a full recovery and is very focused on delivering some shareholder wealth as is stated in every release and presentation for the last 10 years......still waiting!
