Drill rigs arriving on time deserve a bit of latitude after all one does not own the contractor and he has a multitude of problems too. Like having to stay on task at a current location to do one more hole or the rig has a break down or he loses a man or 2. All these things cause a slowing of a time line.
Management of many companies often become less talkative when things aren't going their way.
