Kinda lowkey announcement... are they trying to hide something? This is only mentioned in the last paragraph, when Quinchia project is the most valuable asset for LCL.

"The Department of Prior Consultation (a Central Colombian Authority within the Ministryof Interior) has advised that the Company re-open a consultation process with a localindigenous community for a portion of the 100% owned Quinchia Gold Project. Theprocess was initiated by previous owners of the project Seafield Resources Limited, thencompleted and closed by the same Authority in 2017.As previously advised, the Company is investigating the potential development of analternative Quinchia mine plan to that envisaged by Seafield, incorporating the Tesorito,Miraflores and Dosquebradas gold deposits, which will require additional communityconsultation to strengthen intercultural dialogue and improve understanding of localstakeholder priorities.The process required by the Authority builds upon the 2017 process and does not impactthe status of the recently awarded Miraflores Environmental Licence3 or Quinchia miningand exploration titles. The Company is currently focusing expenditure on the PNG NickelProject with restricted funding allocated to Colombian projects."

Also a bit late to announce this... this news is already scattering around, this explains the substantial sell-off witnessed in these 2 days. Retail shareholder is always the last one knows about this.
