I'm not bad mouthing the opposition & I don't consider NME as opposition, that comment is utter garbage. I'm very critical of the JV partner's board & I have every right to bring up claims of poor performance. I was a share holder of NME in the past so it's not an opinion I have formed over night, all the announcements from NME are there for everyone to read & the progress over the years is defining.

The TO is done & dusted so I have moved on, just like NME shareholders would acknowledge they were once 100% owners of Kookynie tenement & the current board has seen them bring in a JV partner & now only have 49% ownership with notable liabilities still existing. All undesirable results & further pain looks like it's on the way for shareholders of NME all because they have an inept board imo.

I have been critical of the past MCT board also punter, pay attention. This board I am watching & JB in his position needs to make up for a few errors although the board has been evidently not at fault the actions have impacted shareholders negatively. These are decisions made outside meetings or vote casting opportunities so the board needs to accept responsibilities where they lay.
