STK is spinning out Iroquois (and Bryah Basin) into a newco - could be a mixed bag for GIB. On the one hand, the newco will have more time and effort to focus on Iroquiois. On the potential downside, STK has more to lose by not meeting its obligations to complete Iroquois to BFS.
On balance, given the snails pace of STK progress on Iroquois, it will be better to have a focused company working on it.
