I went back and re-read the Sale Agreement again for Indee. On a second pass, I felt it was written in such a way that made your suggestion a distinct possibility. Given time remaining and managements unflappable demeanor; makes one wonder.
I'm thinking we may not know anything until the 16-17th. As usual with this stock, I'm probably wrong, again.
