And if this case brings you comfort, more power to you. Personally, had my company engaged in improper dealings with its employees/shareholders that resulted in it losing a court case involving 2 or 3 million bucks of my money, I might not be so relaxed. But then, I'm not a 'blind faith' believer.
As to any other court actions, your 'if' is a very big one.
