Are you sure you heard/recall correctly?
I'm pretty sure that a "few" (let's say 3) years ago, Recce 327 hadn't even been approved for the Special Access Scheme, and Recce 425 (sic) didn't even exist.
Positive action of Recce 435 against H.Pylori wasn't even confirmed until September last year.
