I'm actually a bit shocked that ARV has taken a reverse liking to their announcement this morning. I am actually in the process of running a rule over its potential myself and had been watching it very very closely in tandem with RDN and others.Certainlyt seems pretty good value at these levels and especially when you start looking across the reports of some of its venture partners and neighbors. Now I realize that ARV are in a JV with GRE , but just as a matter of curiosity , what's with the commonality of cross holdings in TOP 20 balances between ARV - GRE - ERW with the likes of Sorento Resources which ERW's Executive Chairman Thomas Reddicliffe who is also an Executive Director of Green Tech Metals .You've also got the Lawyer Michael James Soulos who is a Director of Bennelong Resource Capital Pty Ltd who shows up in ALL THREE of the current Top 20 listings of these companies. ( See below snapshot with from Left to Right is ARV - ERW - GRE . Not sure if you can see the COMBINED slide so individual ones included in their order below as well. )Then there is the Cayman Island registered Battle Mountain Pty Limited. So by my quick math , ARV holds a combined 24.27% of GRE across these THREE ' related party ' entities with ERW being held 31.21% , while ARV itself is only being held 8.6%So in my mind it would appear that ARV is in the ' Box Seat ' if you like to perhaps take the lead on some serious THREE-WAY M&A activity should things really heat up in this Andover Region to the next level. You also have this strong connection with Reddcliffe and his previous 20 years spent at Aston Mining who have a very very strong connection to RDN.And what's interesting here is that when you had the recent run on with RDN , you also had ARV running up at more or less the same rate .... with BOTH of them being valued at more or less the same ' lock step ' market cap until RDN pulled ahead and ARV dropped back. And ERW & GRE by my reckoning followed AFTER RDN & ARV.So it's a very very interesting play here . And particularly to see what MIGHT even eventuate as a similar Lithium ' ALLIANCE ' consortium for this region with plenty of M&A expected I'm sure....... Certainly the GEOGRAPHY of the area in the attache map would suggest that its definitely likely. There of course is a better map included in today's announcement as well as one from over on the GRE announcement today which ALSO spruiked the highly prospective nature of the Andover held JV tenements.
Perhaps ARV is on the ' Acquisition ' trail and that is why its SP has been wacked as the potential ' Acquirer ' here.......
