I think you'll find that if you are applying for drill permits you need to say where you are going to drill
you cant just say I want to drill 4 holes on this lease ..and if you do and want to change the location of the
holes at a later date, you would need to resubmit ..best to have all your ducks in a row first..!!
now they just need to shop this around see if there are any takers..if not we raise or they take out a bank loan(not sure
if that's even possible)..!!
