So much upside here looking at MP Material's numbers their operation is not only a cash cow but politically so valuable aswell , such an interesting position DTR is in right next door to the highest grade rare earths deposit in the world, it has its own producing gold asset so it can fund continued exploration of the rare earths , I'm sure there would be multiple parties on both sides knocking on the door given the political tensions and sensitivities around rare earths.
