I wouldnt really say offloading when its $20 a time. Cant say i know the full intention either but they could easily be selling them to themselves.

Each time a trade goes through at 0.006 they smash it straight back down to 0.005. At the same time they are probably waiting in the buy queue at 0.005 hoping holders see it at 0.005 and get nervous and sell into 0.005. Shows that most people are holding at the moment and not many day traders because noones giving into it.

If it closed at 0.006 one day then the next day went down to 0.005. You would see -17% and alot of people would see/ stoplosses hit.
