Fluff announcement to distract from there still being no PPSA signed... Even though it's been "advancing"... "Nearly finalised" and "imminent" for months and years now...
You just know the games that a country like Zimbabwe would be playing in the background, "oh yeah Scotty as soon as Bruce is back next week he'll sign off that 40% sharing PPSA"... Scotty then desperate for some good news releases an announcement saying it's "imminent"... Then goes back to next meeting and Zim is like "lol yeah naa we actually want 60%" knowing full well it puts Scotty and IVZ in an awkward position of either delivering a PPSA "on time" (if you can call it that) but with unfavorable terms or looking like a liar to investors/potential investors as the PPSA is no longer "imminent".
